Gary Bonjour 1951 – 2008

After I had written the post yesterday,  the pulmonary doctor came and did a thoracentesis on Gary.  He drained about a pint of fluid from between the lining of the lungs and the lungs.  Other than that Gary had a rather uneventful day.  Today he was supposed to restart his physical therapy after his day of rest.  The healing process seems to be moving at a ’snail’s pace’,  at least it is still forward.  We do not have any idea as to how much longer Gary will be in the hospital.
